*As soon as we transfer your package to the carrier, we no longer have influence on the delivery time. Does the status of your package remain unchanged? Please contact the carrier customer service.

Multiple parcels

In case of multiple parcels, it is possible that part of the order will be delivered a few days later. You are able to keep track of your order using the DPD track & trace link. As we rely on our carrier, we unfortunately have no influence on the time of delivery of your parcel.
